Patient Monitoring
We offer this new service to take better care of patients who need to be monitored for certain health conditions.
We provide our patients with all the equipment to monitor them at their own homes. In case of any warning sign, the patient will visit their doctor or, if they require immediate medical attention, they will be taken to the hospital.
Community Mental Health
Our Mental Health Department is composed of highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Group Facilitators dedicated to improving emotional, psychological, and social well-being.
Mental health affects the way we feel, think, and act. Together, we create individualized plans that will allow individuals to integrate themselves into the community and develop the life skills necessary to cope with the normal stressors of daily life.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Sometimes, we realize that things in our life are not going well and we’d like to start doing something to change that.
When this happens, a treatment in a safe environment can be highly beneficial to make positive changes in your life.
Weight Control Program
We offer specialized medical advice in the treatment of obesity and overweight.
Our services include the prescription and controlled administration of FDA-approved medications that have been shown to aid weight loss in individuals with high body mass indexes.

X-Rays
Diamond Health is registered under the Bureau of Radiation Control to provide X-Ray Services.
Our team is composed of Licensed and Certified Technicians who use the highest grade of digital technology to obtain X-ray images for our patients. Each image is individually reviewed and interpreted by Board Certified Radiologists allowing us to guarantee more precise and accurate diagnosis.
Phlebotomy
Our Office is fully accredited by the CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) to safely assist you in the collection of specimens and blood tests ordered.
All samples collected are safely transferred to one of our partner laboratories for interpretation.
Ultrasounds
Ultrasound imaging is a safe, non-invasive service that uses sound waves to produce pictures of the inside of the body.
We use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment which results in high-quality images. This allows our skilled team of Board Certified Radiologists to make accurate diagnoses so that the patient may receive the most effective treatment if needed.
Electrocardiogram
The medical provider may suggest an electrocardiogram or EKG in order to check for signs of heart disease.
An EKG is an excellent tool for guiding the medical professional in the early detection of heart disease and rhythm problems, identifying valve abnormalities, and diagnosing a heart attack to name a few. The procedure is safe, quick, and painless.
Allergy Test
We use a superficial non-invasive skin testing to view a great variety of allergens: 76 food allergens and 80 environmental allergens including, but not limited to, animal dander, dust and dust mites, insects, and pollen.
Through our allergy testing process, we are able to take the necessary steps to improve our patients’ health by providing them with effective treatments such as vaccination.
Sleep Test
Our patients do not need to sleep at our center. We provide our patients with a tutorial video and thoroughly explain to them how to use the equipment so that they can use it in the comfort of their own home.
The results of the study are analyzed by the expert who will define the best treatment to improve the patient’s quality of life.

Among the most common causes of injuries are car, and slip and fall accidents.
