Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
2 tsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tsp, fresh parsley chopped
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
In a small bowl, whisk the buttermilk, mayo, Greek yogurt, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in herbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 3-4 hours before serving, to allow flavors to meld. This is a great homemade ranch recipe and is also great for veggie dip. It is a thicker dressing, so if you want to thin it out a bit, you can add a bit more buttermilk and/or vinegar. I have also tried fresh squeezed lemon juice in place of the vinegar for different taste.
